Standard Tickets bookings are not eligible for cancellation but can be rescheduled to another date subject to a rebooking fee. Amendments can be made up to 1 working day prior to the Activity. Standard tickets do not qualify for any refunds unless the cancellation option has been purchased within the same transaction.

THIS SESSION RUNS 11AM ON SUNDAYS THROUGHOUT SUMMER HOLIDAYS.

This pass is for families with younger or less confident children. Large groups are not eligable for this ticket. All children must be accompanied by a parent on this session. We do not allow adult only groups on this session. Each group booked must include children. 

Adult only groups will be refused entry to the session and will be moved to the next availble public session.

This ticket is also available for families with people with disabilities and or families with people with a nervous disposition if you phone us in advance we can make a note on your booking.

Our Aqua Park experiences are 50 minute sessions.  All participants must watch the safety video online before you arrive on site. Consent forms must be also completed in advance. You will recieve the links to complete these with your booking confirmation. 

*Please bring a towel and something warm to wear home*

Everyone participating on the Aqua Park must watch the safety video and understand the safety rules that apply. This is for your own safety and will ensure that you all have the best possible time on the park. Your session is for a specific time frame, if you arrive late, then unfortunately there is no way to make up the lost time, and you will only be able to be on the Aqua Park for the remaining time of the session. Please arrive giving yourself enough time to check In, check your consent forms, and get changed (this can take up to 30mins).
