We allow neoprene socks or soft soled water shoes. We do not allow any hard-soled shoe/trainers / Jet Ski boots. Barefoot is also OK for the Aqua Park.

If barefoot, please bring flipflops or shoes for walking along the bank, the lakes were made from gravel pits, and so the paths towards to entrances are stoney.

No, Wetsuits are not mandatory, although we do advise wearing early and late season. You can wear your own wetsuit or hire from us. If you are not wearing a wetsuit, please wear appropriate swimwear or sportswear. We do not allow denim or jumpers or loose fitting clothing. We also operate on a family park, so do not allow thongs, mankinis or other revealing swimwear.

Children aged 5-8 must be accompanied by an appropriate known adult (over 18)

Our adult to accompanied child ratio is 1:2

Children aged 9 and over can participate without an adult accompanying them, as long as they are confident in water and in large groups.

All children must have a parent/guardian on site whilst they are on the water.

We manage the water by adding DYOFIX to the water, this dye is designed to slow down weed and algae growth, it is harmless to fish and humans, and helps us to maintain our “Excellent” status within the quality guidelines set out in the Bathing Water Quality Directive 2006-7-EC.

Unfortunately not, we will still run the sessions if it is raining. Water sports are actually more fun when it’s raining

We understand that sometimes things happen to stop you attending your sessions, the more notice you give us, the more likely we are to be able to help you.

Any Tickets Purchased with the 'Cancellation Option' - 

You can amend, rechedule or cancel your booking up to 10am on the day of your activity with no fees. Any cancellations are as follows: Please note refunds will be only be given up to the ticket price paid (This will not include the cost of the cancellation option)

    Up to 10am on the day of your Activity – Full Refund on Ticket Price Paid 

    Up to 2 Hours before the Activity Start Time – No Refund (However you can Postpone your Ticket - to use within 60 days)

    Less than 2 Hours – NO Refunds and NO Postponement Option. 

Any Tickets Purchest without the 'Cancellation Option' - 

Standard Tickets are not eligible for cancellation and do not qualify for any refunds. You can amend or reschedule your booking up to 24hrs prior to your booking, but this will be subject to a rebooking fee.

Exclusive Hire - 

Exclusive hire aqua park bookings may be cancelled or amended after giving of at least 14 working days notice of cancellation. In such circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund less any non-returnable deposit. There are no refunds payable in circumstances where Participant numbers are reduced. Cancellation requests received 7 to 13 working days before your exclusive hire session will attract a 50% refund and cancellation requests at shorter notice will not qualify for a refund. Refunds may take 2 to 3 days to effect, once approved. Cancellation requests made out of hours are only deemed as received at the start of business on the next working day.

There is ample parking in site, please ensure you only park in designated areas as we actively encourage people to use the green space for picnics and socialising.

Our reception provides basic drinks and snacks. We do not prepare any food on site. We are happy for you to bring a picnic with you.

Alternatively just a short walk around site will bring you to Whisby Nature Park, or The Oaks Cafe. Whisby Nature Park has lots of walks, a cafe and a childrens play area (Car parking all day at Whisby is only £2), and The Oaks just across the road is a fabulous Cafe based on a golf course. Close by we also have Beefeater Mill Lodge, they serve a great range of food and drinks for all to enjoy, from perfectly cooked steaks to classic family favourites.

Yes we have changing facilities, we have 24 individual cubicles for changing.

We can have multiple groups on the Aqua Park in one session and these sessions are all mixed age groups. Please be aware that sometimes the sessions will be filled with large groups and parties, which could be boisterous. We would advise that all children are accompanied especially if they are nervous in large groups.
