Terms and Conditions: 
Standard Tickets bookings are not eligible for cancellation but can be rescheduled to another date subject to a rebooking fee. Amendments can be made up to 1 working day prior to the Activity. Standard tickets do not qualify for any refunds unless the cancellation option has been purchased within the same transaction.

Restrictions:

Age - 5-8 year olds must be supervised by an adult 18+ on a 1:2 basis. Children 9+ can go on their own as long as they are confident in open water.

Height - 1.10m

Swim Ability - Every participant must be able to swim at least 25m unaided

Alcohol Policy - We have a strict alcohol policy. Anyone believed to have had a drink prior to the session will be denied access.

Wetsuits - Included within the cost 


This is a single ticket to take part in a 50 minute Aqua Park Session (Including a Safety Brief). All participants must watch the safety video online before you arrive on site. Consent forms must be also completed in advance. You will recieve the links to complete these with your booking confirmation. 

All Aqua Park sessions wil be mixed age group sessions. Young children(aged 5-8) must have a participating adult on the session with them, and we advise that older children that do not regularly participate in group activites have a participating adult with them to get the most enjoyment out of the activity. Lifeguards will NOT be allowed to assist anyone climbing in and out of the water. Anyone found unable to get themselves in and out of the water, will be asked to swim back to the dock and leave the session. Parents, you should ensure you are on hand to assist your children.

*Please bring a towel and something warm to wear home*

If you're not wearing a wetsuit, please wear a T-Shirt under your buoyancy aid to stop any possible skin irritation from the jackets.

Everyone participating on the Aqua Park must watch the safety video and understand the safety rules that apply. This is for your own safety and will ensure that you all have the best possible time on the park. Your session is for a specific time frame, if you arrive late, then unfortunately there is no way to make up the lost time, and you will only be able to be on the Aqua Park for the remaining time of the session. Please arrive giving yourself enough time to check In, check your consent forms, and get changed (this can take up to 1hr)
